These terms and conditions is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents/records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. These Terms and Conditions do not require any physical, electronic or digital signature. These Terms and Conditions are published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of this Application by any person.
Consent
By access and use of this Application (the "App"), the user accepts and agrees to be bound by and comply with these legal terms and conditions (defined hereinafter). By using this App, the user represents that he has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. Furthermore, by using this App, the user represents that (i) the user has the capacity to be bound by these terms and conditions and (ii) if the user are acting on behalf of a company or other entity, he has the authority to bind such company or entity.

Collecting Data
We reserve the right to collect user data including name, contact information, geo location, photos of crops and other details to facilitate the services or use of its Application to avail services. The user specifically authorize us to use, store or otherwise process his data or information in order to provide the services to him. All information collected from the user are on a bona fide basis.
Purpose of Data Collection
The purpose to collect personal data or information of users is to provide Agricultural services. The objective is to enhance and expand Agriculture and also in modernising the cultivation methods with the use of science & technology. We use the user data to analyse and research upon to provide technical know-how and expertise regarding Modern Agriculture. We provide the user with advises and suggestions to safeguard the crops. However, we shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing the services.
Confidentiality of Data
We view protection of the user’s privacy as a very important principle and so the user and his personal information collected will be treated as confidential and will not be in the ordinary course be disclosed except in the following circumstances: 1. where we are compelled to do so under the Indian law; 2. where the user has provided prior written authorization to do so; 3. where it is in the interest of us to do so; or 4. where it is in the public interest to do so. 5. where we need to disclose information to other financial institutions. We may be required to disclose information about the user to third parties to facilitate the provision of services to the user. We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from the user is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we shall not be held liable in the unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers or those of third parties other than as required under applicable law.
Suspension of User
Misuse and misrepresentation of identity or contact details will lead to automatic termination of services or the use of the Application, without prior notice to such users. In the case where the system is unable to establish unique identity of a user against a valid mobile number or e-mail ID, the account shall be indefinitely suspended. We reserve the full discretion to suspend a user's account in the above event and does not have the liability to share any account information whatsoever.
Deletion of Data
If an individual deleted or deactivated their account by sending a request to hello@rongoapp.in, then their personal data will be deleted as per requirements under applicable law.
Trade-Marks and Copyrights
This Application reserves all copyright, trademark, patent, intellectual and other property rights in the information contained in this Application and to all our specific logos and services logos and no express or implied license is granted in respect thereof. Any unauthorized access, use or reproduction of the information or proprietary rights contained in this site is strictly prohibited and is subject to such action as provided in applicable laws. No information on this Application should be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of ours. The Information is for the personal use of then user only. Any unauthorized downloading, re-transmission, or other copying or modification of trade-marks and/or the contents of this Application may be a violation of any law that may apply to trade-marks and/or copyrights and could subject the copier to legal action.

If the user clicks on one of the links to third party websites, he may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.
Jurisdiction
Unless specified the information in the Application is presented solely for the purpose in India only. We control and maintain this Application from Ahmedabad, Gujarat and makes no representation that the information and material contained in this Application is appropriate or permitted for use in jurisdictions outside India. Those who chooses to access the Application from anywhere outside India may do so on their own initiative and we shall not be responsible for the same.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts, tribunals, forum, applicable authorities at Ahmedabad, Gujarat only without prejudice to the right of the ours to take an action in any jurisdiction whatsoever.
